Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Customer Management:

• Meet new customers and Expand Customer Base for our

  BMS (Building Management System Fire Alarm System, CCTV, Access control System

  ) vertical.
• To understand customer requirements and present product and solutions appropriately to make sales.
• To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure any customer complaints are attended with immediate corrective action.

Sales and Commercial Activities:

• Ensure Order log-in as per Company Policy.
• Liaising with OEMs and internal teams to check the progress of existing orders and communicate as appropriate to customer.
• Ensure on time collection of payments and other key statuary documents
• Provide accurate Sales Forecast for every month and every quarter

Reporting:

• Submit Weekly Sales Report on time
• Ensure Customer and Project Database is up to date
• Participate in internal and OEM review meetings
• Identify new and innovative ways to improve market share

Local Promotions:

• Ensure Local Promotion Plan is executed as per schedule by working closely with OEMs/Partners
• Meeting up the sales target by promotion of Commercial Air Purification business

Project Management:

• Meeting up End users
• Ensure Specification in all identified Projects.
• Ensure quotations to projects are submitted on time.
• Ensure all Projects are captured in Project Database.

Performance Management:

• Delivery of assigned sales targets.
• Ensure adherence to the company’s code of conduct.
• Demonstrate key Sales Behaviours. (Customer focus, Result oriented approach, Effective Communication skills, and Technical Excellence).

Preferred candidate profile

3+ yrs of Exp in Industrial Automation /Electrical Components
