Job Description

Job Purpose

To drive sales and business growth by promoting and selling the company’s machine manufacturing solutions. The Sales Engineer will combine technical expertise with business acumen to deliver customer-focused solutions and achieve revenue targets.

Location :- NCR & UP

Rajasthan & Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

● Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines, solutions, and configurations.

● Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients.

● Collaborate with design, production, and service teams to meet customer expectations.

● Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals profitably.

● Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end customers.

● Prepare detailed quotations, tenders, and techno-commercial offers.

● Conduct market research to track competitor activity, industry trends, and customer needs.

● Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

● Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and market penetration objectives.

● Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer seminars to promote products.

● Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and update management on progress.

● Coordinate with internal teams for on-time delivery and after-sales support.

● Provide feedback to R&D/product teams for improvements and customization.

● Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.

Key Skills & Competencies

● Strong technical knowledge of machines, automation, and industrial equipment.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

● Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.

● Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.

● Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to extensive travel.

Qualification & Experience

● Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering.

● MBA in Marketing/Sales/International Business (preferred).

● 2–5 years of experience in sales of industrial machinery, equipment, or automation solutions.

● Fresh engineering graduates with strong aptitude and MBA qualification may also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
