Sales Engineer

Role Overview

The Marketing Engineer will be responsible for promoting, positioning, and selling autoclaves, sterilization systems, and related accessories to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, and research institutions. The role demands a blend of technical understanding + marketing strategy + on-field sales execution, enabling the customer to clearly understand product advantages, compliance, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

• Generate and convert leads for autoclaves, ETO sterilizers, plasma sterilizers, and accessories.
• Create and manage a territory-wise customer pipeline (Hospitals, Labs, Pharma, Dental, Diagnostics, Universities).
• Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and sterilization workflow discussions at customer sites.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Technical Marketing

• Understand product specifications (Class B, Pre-vacuum, Table-top, Vertical, Horizontal models).
• Explain features such as vacuum cycles, Helix test, drying efficiency, chamber capacity, steam generation technology, compliance standards.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and comparison charts versus competitors.

3. Market Research & Strategy

• Identify new market segments, dealers, and channel partners.
• Track competitor pricing, features, and promotional offers.
• Suggest marketing campaigns, exhibitions, CMEs, seminars, and digital marketing content.

4. Customer Relationship & Support Coordination

• Work with service team for installation support, demo cycles, and customer training.
• Develop and maintain strong after-sales relationship for repeat business.
• Handle documentation, tender requirements, and compliance papers (ISO, CE, NABH, CDSCO-related customer queries).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
