Sales Engineer- ST & CL

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, preferably in the chemicals, Paint, Lubricant manufacturing, or automotive supplier industries.
• Sales Excellence: Prospecting, networking, objection handling, proposal generation, value selling.
• Customer Management: Relationship building, crisis handling, identifying key stakeholders, territory & portfolio management.
• Commercial Acumen: Understanding pricing strategies, deal structuring, and delivering profitable growth.
• Technical & Market Knowledge: Ability to translate technical features into business value.
• Analytical Skills: Conduct customer research, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights. Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Digital Fluency: Experience with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
