Are you a results-driven sales engineer with a passion for power backup systems? We are looking for an Experienced Online UPS Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team and drive growth in the mission-critical power solutions space.

About the Role:

As a Sales Engineer, you will be the technical expert and trusted advisor for our Online UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) product range. Your goal is to generate leads, build lasting client relationships, and deliver customized power solutions that keep businesses running without interruption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities for Online UPS systems (1kVA to 500kVA+)
• Conduct site surveys and power audits to understand client requirements
• Design and propose tailored UPS solutions based on load, backup time, and application
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals
• Build and maintain relationships with electrical consultants, facility managers, and key decision-makers
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in power backup and energy storage

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in UPS or power solutions sales
• Strong technical knowledge of Online Double Conversion UPS systems
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in industrial, commercial, or data center environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with lithium-ion battery solutions or modular UPS
• Familiarity with power quality, surge protection, or energy management systems
• Existing network of contacts in IT, industrial automation, or infrastructure sectors
