About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Tele sales Executive with a background in Electrical or Electronics Engineering/Diploma to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical understanding of our products/services, and a passion for engaging with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
• Explain products/services related to the electrical/electronics sector in a clear, convincing manner.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions or forward leads to the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer database regularly.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of tele calling experience (preferably in technical or industrial products).
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Strong verbal communication skills in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].
• Ability to grasp technical concepts and explain them effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
• Positive attitude, team player, and result-driven.
