Role Overview:

Sales Engineer with 1–2 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Present and promote products and services to prospective customers.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
Negotiate, close sales deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

1–2 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in technology, appliances, electrical, or electronics industry).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer behavior.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree preferred.
