Role Description

Sales Engineer / Solutions Executive – ELV & BMS Systems


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth for

    BMS, FAS, PAS, CCTV, ACS, and other ELV solutions

    .
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand market presence.
  • Provide

    technical consultation and support

    to customers during the sales cycle.
  • Prepare and present

    quotations, proposals, and solution presentations

    .
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure project success.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure

    customer satisfaction

    .
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.


Qualifications

  • 3–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales (preferably in BMS/ELV systems).

  • Strong

    sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management

    skills.
  • For technical candidates: experience in system design, estimation, or pre-sales of BMS/ELV solutions.
  • Sales Engineering and Sales skills
  • Technical Support and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent

    communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, or proven sales/business development experience in the ELV industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and project requirements.
