Sales Engineer / Solutions Executive ELV & BMS Systems

As a Sales Engineer / Solutions Executive focusing on ELV & BMS Systems at Josh Automation India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a key role in driving sales growth and providing technical consultation to customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving sales growth for BMS, FAS, PAS, CCTV, ACS, and other ELV solutions. - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and expanding market presence. - Providing technical consultation and support to customers during the sales cycle. - Preparing and presenting quotations, proposals, and solution presentations. - Collaborating with internal engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure project success. - Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales (preferably in BMS/ELV systems). - Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. - Experience in system design, estimation, or pre-sales of BMS/ELV solutions (for technical candidates). - Sales Engineering and Sales skills. - Technical Support and Customer Service skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, or proven sales/business development experience in the ELV industry. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Willingness to travel for client visits and project requirements.
