As an Asst. Sales Manager at Josh Automation India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships in the field of Building Automation and Security Systems. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities, providing technical consultation, preparing proposals, and ensuring successful project delivery. Here is a breakdown of what your role will entail: Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales growth for Building Management System (BMS), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Public Address Systems (PAS), CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and other Extra Low Voltage (ELV) solutions. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand market presence. - Provide technical consultation and support to customers throughout the sales cycle. - Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and solution presentations. - Collaborate with internal engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure project success. - Maintain strong client relationships and strive for customer satisfaction. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Qualifications: - 3-10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales, preferably in BMS/ELV systems. - Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. - For technical candidates: experience in system design, estimation, or pre-sales of BMS/ELV solutions. - Proficiency in Sales Engineering, Sales skills, Technical Support, and Customer Service. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, or proven sales/business development experience in the ELV industry. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Willingness to travel for client visits and project requirements.
