Experience: 2 to 3 Years Minimum
This is an important position where you will play a crucial role in achieving assigned sales targets related to Danfoss Heat Exchangers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
⚫ Handle incoming sales leads and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally in all region.
⚫ Identifying and qualifying potential opportunities in to business.
⚫ Able to address techno commercial issues under guidance of sales manager/ Director & order finalization.
⚫ Order processing, delivery and payment collection.
⚫ Understand the customer’s business challenges and requirements and accordingly propose the product that best suits his applications.
⚫ Lead negotiations and address technical concerns to finalize sales.
⚫ Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our inspection and
testing services.
⚫ Identifying new business opportunities and effectively communicate complex technical information to the client and the stakeholders
⚫ Meet or exceed the assigned sales targets within the given time-frame
⚫ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant sales experience
• Must have passionate mind-set for sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with
internal and external customers.
• Willing to travel across the region.
• Engineering Graduation in mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Discipline. MBA in sales / marketing
will be more advantage.
• Pro-active, searches for information instead of waiting.
• Takes full ownership and responsibilities of their projects

Skills sets :
• Engage with customers to understand the thermal process needs, recommends suitable equipment, and
develops technical and commercial proposals by analysing the key specifications.
• Deep product knowledge, managing the entire sales cycle from inquiry to post-sales support.
• Stay updated on current and future heat exchanger products, their applications, and competitive
advantages.
• Based on customer requirements, recommend appropriate industrial heat exchanger types, materials,
and configurations.
• Conduct thermal sizing, heat load, and dynamic system calculations to support the design and
selection of equipment.
• Prepare and deliver both technical and commercial proposals, including thermal performance,
material specifications, and cost estimates.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in various industrial markets.
• Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities to design innovative solutions
• Identify and propose complementary products or services to create comprehensive solutions
• Good listening skill and analyse customer requirements.
