Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Achieve and exceed sales targets for CNC machines and automation solutions. Technical Consultation: Provide technical guidance to customers on CNC machines, features, applications, and integration into existing systems. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and trials. Collaborate with application engineers and service teams to deliver complete solutions. Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and services. Reporting & Coordination: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts. Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, installation, and after-sales support. Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in CNC machine sales, application engineering, or a similar technical sales role. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CNC machines (Laser Cutting Machine, CNC Press Brakes, Laser Welding machine) Strong knowledge of CNC machines (Turning, Milling, VMC, HMC, etc.). Understanding of CAD/CAM, G-code, automation, and machine integration. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and customer-service mindset. Self-motivated and target-oriented with ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with brands like Yawie, HSG, Boder, BLM, Trumpf, . Prior experience with brands like Mazak, DMG Mori, Haas, or Fanuc. Familiarity with manufacturing sectors like automotive, aerospace, or tool & die.
