Job Description

Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for solar products (rooftop, utility-scale, EPC, etc.)
Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, EPC contractors, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives or representatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
Coordinate with engineering, project, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project execution.
