Key Responsibilities

:

  • Assist in Identifying and developing new business opportunities in domestic and international markets for recycled rubber products and machinery.
  • Understand technical aspects of rubber recycling processes and effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
  • Sales documentation.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain and update client details, inquiries, and follow-up actions.
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s offerings.
  • Provide after-sales technical support and coordinate with service teams for problem resolution.


Qualification

:

B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Rubber Technology, or related field from institute of repute.


Experience

:

0–3 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in rubber, polymer, or recycling industries.


Technical Skills

:

Understanding of rubber materials, recycling processes, and related equipment.


Required Skills

:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused and result-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to travel extensively
