Sales Engineer

Job description - Sales & Marketing We are seeking a dynamic Fresher Field Sales Executive to join our client team and drive sales of company industrial products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. Role & responsibilities : Identify and visit potential customers in the industrial sector (factories, plants, OEMs, distributors, etc.) Promote and sell the company's range of industrial products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business Understand client needs and provide technical solutions and support Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and quotations Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts in line with company policies Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities Submit daily/weekly sales reports. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, service) to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support Attend industry trade shows and exhibitions as needed Preferred candidate profile Strong understanding of industrial products and customer needs Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
