The member joining this position will work at an experienced level and be part of a team. As an Engineer Sales (Projects and OEMs), the incumbent will be responsible for driving sales and business development in the assigned territories. The role entails identifying potential opportunities through systematic market analysis, working with key stakeholders such as consultants, OEMs, and contractors, and ensuring a complete sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection.
Experience in selling boilers, steam accessories, engineering equipment.
Selling to greenfield projects, OEMs, Contractors.Selling based on benefitsCapturing the information systematically in the report and format.Getting leads from Consultants and sources about projects and working with them on specifications.Mapping competition activity.Defining decision making hierarchy at customers end.Submitting proposals in line with potential and getting systematic repeated business at OEMs and Contractors.Focus on high quality business.Documenting benefits for customers.Completing the sales cycle of generating leads, offer making, getting orders, commissioning help and documentation, payment collection.Analysis of Market trends in his territory, potential of Business, Business plans, Strive to achieve individual and organization targets quarterly and yearly.
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with 3 5 years experience in relevant industry and profile.
Customer relationship building and maintaining (Rapport Building).Observation skill (with Objective)Competence to derive the solution and conviction to drive initiatives.Selling and negotiation skills.Knowledge about boilers and steam accessories.
