Sales Engineer

As a Sales and Service Engineer at Nucleus Diagnosys LLP, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diagnostic equipment, providing exceptional service and technical support to our clients, and ensuring optimal product performance in healthcare facilities. You will work closely with both customers and the internal team to understand client requirements, provide product demonstrations, conduct installations, and offer timely maintenance and troubleshooting services.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the assigned region.
• Identify and build relationships with potential clients, including hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of our diagnostic products.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotations, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order fulfillment using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional material and campaigns to generate leads.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Service Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site installation, calibration, and commissioning of diagnostic equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic products to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support to customers, assisting with product issues, queries, and operational guidance.
• Train healthcare professionals on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all service operations.
• Maintain service records, including reports on repairs, maintenance schedules, and spare part usage.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints or product issues efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
