🏢 Position Overview

ELV Sales Engineer

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ELV systems across target markets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Technical Expertise

  • Provide technical guidance to clients on ELV solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Market Expansion

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Develop partnerships with key stakeholders to strengthen market positioning.


  • Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  • Track KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.


👤 Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in ELV systems sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, BMS, structured cabling, AV).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
