Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Engineer/Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager at Vadodara, your primary responsibility will be to oversee sales and distribution in your assigned region and work towards expanding your customer base. We are looking for an individual with innate leadership qualities who can effectively maintain strong client and vendor relationships. The company aims to be a world leader in innovative telecom and security solutions by providing cutting-edge, high-performance products to its business customers. Key Responsibilities: - **Key Account Management:** - Conduct KYC and prepare sales pitches to approach potential clients through emails, calls, and visits. - Manage the complete sales cycle including Suspect, Qualify, Close, and Loyalty stages, Customer Requirement Document (CRD), Customer Solution Design (CSD), demos/POCs, negotiations, and closure. - **Target Key Accounts:** - Focus on assigned industries and conduct visits to generate leads. - Develop and expand a pipeline of potential clients to meet business targets. - **Product Presentations:** - Deliver impactful presentations and demos tailored to client needs to showcase Matrix Solutions, technologies, and product benefits. - **Sales Process & Execution:** - Demonstrate expertise in the sales cycle, maintain records using CRM tools, and ensure seamless execution of the fulfillment process. - **Relationship Building:** - Foster and maintain strong relationships with consultants, PSIs, and other stakeholders to drive sustained business growth. Qualifications Required: - **Ideal Candidate Background:** - **Experience:** - 2-4 years of experience in product, software, or solution sales, preferably in B2B or B2C environments. - Experience with IPVS or ACTA product lines is a significant advantage. - **Education:** - Any Graduate, MBA in Marketing is preferred. MBA in Marketing is a plus. - **Skills:** - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages. - Strong networking abilities, lead generation skills, and a results-oriented mindset. - Resilient, go-getter attitude with a passion for driving sales.,
