🔧 Position: Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and technically strong

Sales Engineers

to join our team in the equipment and elevator solutions sector. This role requires a blend of technical know-how, sales capability, and strong customer relationship skills to support business growth.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Sales
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for equipment and elevator systems.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demos.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
  • Customer Engagement
  • Perform site visits, assessments, and client consultations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documents.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Project Coordination
  • Oversee technical aspects during the sales-to-project execution cycle.
  • Coordinate with engineering and installation teams.
  • Resolve technical issues during order finalization or project execution.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Monitor market trends and competition.
  • Provide feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Reporting
  • Update CRM with sales activity and client interactions.
  • Prepare forecasts, weekly reports, and performance metrics.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in equipment/elevator industry).
  • Strong technical knowledge of equipment and lifting systems.
  • Proficiency in CRM, MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Excellent communication, presentation & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
