Sales Engineer - Industrial Automation

As a Sales Engineer at ECI Systems Private Limited, you will be responsible for driving sales of industrial automation solutions and related products. Your role will involve identifying and developing new customers, understanding their requirements, preparing proposals, managing key accounts, and supporting order execution and post-sales activities. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of industrial automation solutions, control panels, PLCs, drives, SCADA, enclosures, and related products - Identify and develop new customers across OEMs, EPCs, system integrators, and end-user industries - Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions in coordination with engineering teams - Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimates, and follow up on orders - Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships - Track market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities - Support order execution, site coordination, and post-sales activities as required Qualification Required: - BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering - 2-8 years of experience in industrial automation / electrical sales (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply) - Hands-on knowledge of PLCs, drives, control panels, factory automation, or power distribution is preferred - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Willingness to travel locally and regionally - Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset If you join ECI Systems Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to work with a fast-growing automation company, gain exposure to marquee industrial clients and large-scale projects, receive competitive compensation, and experience performance-based growth.
