Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of

  industrial automation solutions

  , control panels, PLCs, drives, SCADA, enclosures, and related products
• Identify and develop new customers across OEMs, EPCs, system integrators, and end-user industries
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions in coordination with engineering teams
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimates, and follow up on orders
• Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities
• Support order execution, site coordination, and post-sales activities as required

Desired Profile:

• BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering
• 2–8 years of experience in

  industrial automation / electrical sales

  (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply)
• Hands-on knowledge of PLCs, drives, control panels, factory automation, or power distribution is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
