Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineers with a solid background in Industrial Automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of automation products and a strong track record in sales and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions. Understand client requirements and propose suitable automation solutions. Conduct technical discussions and product presentations for customers. Collaborate with internal engineering teams to provide accurate quotations and proposals. Meet or exceed sales targets and build long-term relationships with clients. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Servo Motors, PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and Control Panels. Proven experience in Industrial Automation Sales or similar domains. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and system architecture. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a target-driven environment. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields. 2–5 years of relevant experience in Automation Sales or Application Engineering.
