This is a client-facing sales role, where you’ll be helping customers find the right automation solutions for their needs. What You’ll Do: Meet with customers in industries like manufacturing, process, or OEMs. Promote and sell automation products such as PLCs, SCADA systems, HMIs, drives (VFDs), sensors , and control panels. Understand customer requirements and suggest the right products and solutions. Give product presentations and demos. Work with the internal team to prepare quotations and proposals. Follow up with leads, manage sales pipeline, and close deals. Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure satisfaction. Keep yourself updated with new products and market trends. What We’re Looking For: Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related field . 2+ years of experience in industrial automation sales . Good knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, drives, and other control products. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ready to travel for client visits as needed. Nice to Have: Experience working with automation brands (any make). Knowledge of industries like automobile, cement, tyre, food, or packaging . Ability to prepare technical and commercial offers.
