Sales Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets for heavy machinery, industrial equipment, and construction & mining equipment.
  
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products/services.
  
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings to showcase capabilities and resolve customer concerns.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, marketing) to stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile Sales Engineer

• Education

  : Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or related Engineering field

• Experience

  : 1–5 years in

  technical sales, business development, or customer-facing roles

  (experience in

  construction, mining, or heavy equipment industry

  preferred) fresher can also apply.
• Strong knowledge of

  diesel engines, hydraulics, or heavy machinery applications

• Ability to

  understand customer needs

  and provide the right technical solution
• Good

  communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Customer-focused attitude

  with the ability to build long-term relationships
• Willingness to travel extensively across

  Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu

  locations
• Proficiency in

  MS Office, CRM tools, and report preparation

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn new technologies
