Qualification: BE / B. Tech (Mechanical) / (Marketing / Sales preferred)

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in industrial and project-based sales. The role involves generating and managing leads for fabrication projects, promoting crane rails and fastening systems, and developing long-term service contracts across EPC companies, ports, shipyards, and heavy industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for fabrication projects from EPC companies and manufacturing organizations.

• Promote and sell crane rails and rail fastening systems to ports, shipyards, steel plants, and other industrial sectors.

• Develop leads and convert them into service contracts, including maintenance, refurbishment, and installation of cranes and rail fastening systems.

• Conduct regular customer visits across Western India and occasional visits to other regions, including Chennai and surrounding areas as required.

• Read and interpret technical drawings; prepare detailed visit reports and technical summaries based on site inspections and client discussions.

• Prepare and deliver professional product and company presentations to prospective and existing customers.

• Coordinate closely with customers’ technical and commercial teams to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.

• Lead commercial negotiations and finalize orders in line with company policies.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely follow-up for payment collection.

• Strong understanding of industrial products, fabrication projects, and EPC sales processes.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand technical specifications.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and site visits.
