As we expand our sales team, we are looking for energetic, motivated, and technically strong individuals to help us grow our business across multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and evaluate customer needs across multiple product segments.
  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Drive B2B sales targeting real estate developers, infrastructure clients, industrial customers, and commercial establishments.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions (gensets, parking systems, or other capital equipment).
  • Prepare and deliver

    technical proposals, BOQ-based quotations, and sales presentations.

  • Forecast sales, develop sales strategies, and maintain productive long-term client relationships.

  • Set up meetings with potential clients, understand their concerns, and provide solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure successful delivery.

  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events on behalf of the company.

  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams to support continuous improvement.


Requirements and Skills

  • Graduate/Post Graduate (BBA, BE/Diploma – Mechanical/Electrical/ MBA Marketing).
  • 0–6 years of experience in sales & marketing (Executive/Engineer level) or 5+ years for managerial roles.
  • Background in

    capital equipment, diesel gensets, parking systems, batteries, UPS, or related industries

    preferred.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to consult clients on solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in

    Marathi, Hindi, and English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, CRM tools, and CAD/layout reading is an advantage.

  • Self-motivated, a fast learner, and results-driven.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

  • For senior roles: team and people management skills.
