Job Description

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving the business growth of Victorian Utility Solutions industrial vacuum pumps, compressors, and nitrogen generators within the assigned territory, which includesNoida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Manesar, and Gurgaon.


Your primary objective will be to increase sales, market presence, and market share across vacuum technology, compressors, and nitrogen generation systems.

A key focus of this role is to develop direct business opportunities from unexplored territories, customer segments, and new applications.

Along with achieving your sales targets, you will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Develop new customers and applications for vacuum pumps, compressors, and nitrogen generators in the assigned region.
  • Explore untapped markets, industries, and applications to generate direct business growth.
  • Support and strengthen indirect sales channels by motivating, training, and guiding partners on products, applications, and sales strategies.

Training & Channel Support

  • Conduct regular classroom and on-field training sessions to improve competency.
  • Promote Victorians industrial solutions and ensure partner alignment with business goals.

Order Execution & Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with the CSO team to ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery.
  • Follow up with logistics for invoicing, shipment, and delivery status.
  • Ensure timely submission and processing of credit notes.
  • Provide sales and market insights during monthly reviews.

Reporting & Systems

  • Update customer visits, enquiries, and quotations promptly in C4C.
  • Submit monthly reports on time.
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends, and share insights with the team.

What We Expect From You

Experience

  • 0–3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in capital goods, industrial equipment, or related sectors.

Salary range: 20k to 35k as per experience.

Education

  • Engineering degree preferred, with strong commercial awareness.
  • Any graduate with relevant experience may apply.
  • Additional certification in marketing or management is an advantage.

  • Energetic, dynamic, and self-motivated with a strong positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong market understanding and ability to sell technical solutions.
  • Skilled at developing new markets and driving solution-based sales.
  • Structured, organized, and persistent in follow-ups.
  • Willingness to travel and explore new territories.
  • Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
