Job Title: Sales Engineer – Industrial Abrasives Location: Pune About the Role: We are looking for a field-oriented Sales Engineer to drive secondary sales of industrial abrasives across automotive, fabrication, woodworking, and engineering clusters. The role involves regular customer visits, product demos, influencer engagement, and driving dealer performance to achieve monthly sales and visibility targets. Responsibilities: Plan and execute daily customer visits with ≥90% adherence to journey plan Expand dealer network and generate secondary sales Conduct mechanic meets, product demos, and trials at customer sites Onboard new customers (target: 2+ new accounts per month) Promote products at counter displays and through local marketing activities Maintain 100% daily reporting in CRM/app Communicate trade schemes and follow up on claim settlements Ensure compliance with safety and reporting protocols Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in industrial sales (abrasives/tools preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting discipline Willingness to travel 18–20 days/month within the territory Qualification: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering OR Any graduate with a post-graduate diploma in Sales/Marketing Show more Show less
