Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include making sales calls, following up on leads, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining detailed records of interactions and sales activities. The representative will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Skills
• Experience in Account Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the recruitment or sales industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field*
