Sales Enablement Senior Analyst
is responsible for
improving Salesforce.com adoption and sales effectiveness by partnering with technical and commercial teams to support funnel management, forecasting, and reporting, acting as a change agent in the organization.
This position reports to the
Global Sales Enablement Senior Managerand is part of theCentral Marketing Organizationlocated inPune, Indiaand will be an on-site role.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Drive sales success through process optimization, tool alignment, and continuous improvement, partnering with Sales & Marketing teams globally across all business units to enhance commercial applications and standardize sales enablement practices.
- Analyze, build, and deploy tools to improve Salesforce adoption and sales effectiveness. Translate business needs into functional requirements and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with CRM Operations and Sales teams to support funnel management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Support change management, training, and user adoption of sales tools.
- Contribute to financial planning by aligning CRM tools with forecasting processes.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
- Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in Sales Enablement or CRM-related roles in an international environment.
- Deep understanding of funnel management and sales operations and strong Salesforce.com experience (lead and opportunity management).
- High proficiency in Excel
- Strong organization, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Adaptable to global time zones.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Prior DBS (Danaher Business System) or Continuous Improvement Experience is a plus
- MBA or Masters.
