What You’ll Do
- Coordinate schedules, invites, and reminders for enablement sessions and learning initiatives.
- Manage the full backend of enablement calls — from nominations and recordings to transcripts, notes, and feedback tracking.
- Build and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards that highlight performance trends and learning impact.
- Organize and update playbooks, templates, and content libraries for easy access and usability.
- Support live workshops through polling, breakout coordination, and chat moderation.
- Document session outcomes, follow up on action items, and keep progress dashboards updated - without reminders.

- Impeccable time discipline and reliability with deadlines.
- Strong organizational instincts - able to manage multiple moving parts daily.
- Excellent communication skills - you can tailor tone and detail for reps, managers, or senior leaders.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, documents, and basic reporting tools.
- Proactive, self-managed, and comfortable working remotely.
- Keen eye for detail - you notice what others miss.
- Comfortable handling operational repetition without losing energy or focus.
