Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative, based in Goregaon, Mumbai. The SDR will engage in lead generation, qualified prospecting, and managing client relationships to identify new sales opportunities. Responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, conducting product presentations, preparing persuasive sales pitches, and coordinating with the sales team to close deals. The role requires excellent communication, collaboration with the business development team, and proactive follow-up to ensure a seamless sales process.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clients effectively
• 1-3 years experience required
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills for engaging with clients professionally
• Experience in Sales and Business Development with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of contract lifecycle management software and solutions is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
