Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and executing automated test scripts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through effective automation testing processes, working closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar. Integrate test scripts into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or other tools. Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc. Perform functional, regression, smoke, API, and performance testing as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and ensure test coverage. Improve test automation frameworks and suggest best practices for quality assurance. Participate in code reviews for test scripts and provide feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in automation testing. Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, etc.). Experience with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
