Job Description:
As a Sales Development Representative at Torry Harris, you will be a crucial part of our sales team, responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential clients. You will conduct market research, engage with prospects, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their challenges. Your goal will be to set up meetings and assist in managing the sales pipeline, ultimately contributing to our companys growth and success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach. - Conduct cold calls and email campaigns to generate interest in our services. - Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine strategies for outreach. - Follow up on inbound leads and nurture them through the early stages of the sales funnel. - Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase our solutions effectively. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to position our offerings strategically. - Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to improve processes. Skills Required: - Proficiency in Cold Calling & Cold Emailing - MUST HAVE - LinkedIN outreach via Email, Direct Message - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with prospects. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Tools Required: - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho). - Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft). - Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid). - Experience with data analytics tools to track and measure performance. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
