Role Description

full-time, on-site Founding SDR role

The role involves identifying and generating qualified leads, engaging with prospective customers (primarily in the US market), nurturing early-stage relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to execute go-to-market strategies, qualify opportunities, and directly contribute to revenue growth.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys ownership, experimentation, and helping shape sales processes in a growing technology company.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and experience in Lead Generation
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with potential customers effectively
• Experience in Sales and Business Development to support achieving revenue targets
• Ability to work efficiently in a results-driven, team-oriented environment
• Proven track record of building strong client relationships
• Prior experience in working within a technology solutions or enterprise software environment is an advantage
