Role Overview:

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research target accounts within the Fortune 500 segment.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and social selling to generate qualified leads.
• Engage HR, People Operations, and Benefits leaders to understand their employee wellness needs.
• Clearly communicate Wellnite’s value proposition as a modern, accessible mental health solution.
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive team.
• Manage pipeline and activities in the CRM system (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked).

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of B2B sales or lead generation experience, ideally in employee benefits, healthcare, or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of the HR and employee benefits ecosystem is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and highly goal-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales platforms.
• Passion for mental health and wellbeing is preferred.
