🎯 About the Role

Digital Ads & Tracking Specialist

You’ll work closely with our Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure we can track and scale paid campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, and more.


🛠 Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure using

    Google Tag Manager

    ,

    Meta Pixel

    ,

    TikTok Pixel

    ,

    Google Ads Conversion Tracking

    , and

    LinkedIn Insight Tag

  • Set up UTMs, custom events, and conversion goals to map full-funnel behavior (e.g., from ad click → landing page → sign-up → therapy session)
  • Troubleshoot broken pixels, duplicate events, and cross-platform data inconsistencies
  • Collaborate with content and design team to ensure creatives are tag-ready and funnel-optimized
  • Set up A/B tests for landing pages and ads, ensuring tracking consistency
  • Build dashboards (Google Looker Studio or similar) for real-time campaign performance
  • Provide input on growth experiments and funnel optimization strategies

  • ✅ Requirements
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience with

      performance marketing

      and tracking setup
    • Advanced knowledge of

      Google Tag Manager

      (custom HTML tags, triggers, data layer logic)
    • Deep experience with

      Meta Pixel

      ,

      TikTok Pixel

      , and

      Google Ads

      tracking
    • Fluent in UTM conventions and able to design end-to-end tracking frameworks
    • Strong familiarity with landing page and funnel tools (e.g., Webflow, Instapage, Unbounce)
    • Comfortable setting up GA4 events and mapping conversion flows
    • Analytical mindset with comfort working in dashboards and spreadsheets
    • Familiarity with HIPAA-safe practices for tracking health-related user journeys (a plus)


    💡 Bonus Points If You
    • Have experience scaling healthcare or wellness-related ads
    • Have worked in a mental health or telehealth startup environment
    • Are familiar with tools like Segment, Mixpanel, or Customer.io
    • Can write simple JavaScript for tracking/debugging purposes
    • Have experience integrating ads with CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, Intercom)
