Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing international cloud consultancy and play a key role in our expansion. Please note: This is a full-time, long-term independent contractor role. You will work directly with the company's leadership and receive world-class, in-person training and mentorship.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, research, and prospect potential customers in target industries (Cloud, SaaS, IT Services, and Digital-first companies).
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound emails, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and networking.
  • Work closely with the Director and Sales team to book discovery calls and build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Understand customer pain points and map them to CDOps Tech’s services.
  • Manage and update leads/opportunities in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and outbound strategies.
  • Track and report weekly/monthly KPIs such as outreach, conversations, meetings booked, and conversions.


Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR or in inside sales, specifically for IT services, SaaS, or Cloud/DevOps-related companies.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar sales/CRM tools.
  • Ability to research companies and decision-makers independently.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote setup.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


Nice to Have
  • Understanding of the Cloud, DevOps, or IT services market.
  • Previous experience selling to international clients (APAC, Middle East, US, or Europe).
  • Familiarity with outbound sales automation tools.
