Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team byqualifying inbound leads, engaging prospects, and booking meetings. This is an entry-levelrole ideal for those looking to grow into a BDM position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads and qualify them based on defined criteria.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
  • Pass qualified opportunities to BDMs for deeper engagement.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM.
  • Follow up on marketing campaign responses and webinar attendees.
  • Assist in drafting follow-up emails and introductory proposals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business/IT preferred).
  • 0–2 years of work experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer support.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Basic understanding of IT services (training will be provided).
  • Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections.

KPIs

  • Number of inbound leads qualified.
  • Percentage of SDR-qualified leads converted to opportunities.
  • Number of meetings set for the sales team.
