Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking two highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) based in India to generate qualified meetings for our CRM solutions as an authorized partner in the US market. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience working as SDRs for US-based clients or companies, a proven track record in outbound prospecting, and the ability to identify and qualify leads. Basic knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role requiring a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify target prospects in the US market through online tools, databases, and social platforms.
  • Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before handing them over to the sales team.
  • Engage prospects in consultative conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition as a CRM partner and generate interest in meetings.
  • Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions, call notes, and meeting outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs for outreach volume, qualified leads, and booked meetings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to strengthen outreach effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve outreach scripts, cadences, and email templates based on response data.

What You Bring:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience as an SDR, Business Development Representative, or similar role selling to the US market.
  • Proven success in generating qualified meetings and exceeding outreach KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a neutral or US-accented tone.
  • Experience using outbound sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is preferred.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in US time zones from India.
  • Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional home-office setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,502.97 - ₹36,053.32 per month
