Designation:

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad, India( Work from office)

Timing: US shift( 6pm- 3am)

Salary: 4 to 8 LPA + Variable Pay

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads:

    Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Build Relationships:

    Cultivate meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce them to our training solutions.
  • Schedule Sales Appointments:

    Collaborate with the sales team to book high-value client meetings and ensure a seamless handoff.
  • Leverage Technology:

    Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate data for decision-making.
  • Research and Strategize:

    Analyze company data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and recommend targeted outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:

    Work closely with sales, solutions, and service teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals.

What You Need

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a US outbound sales process, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Skills:

    Exceptional communication, listening & relationship-building skills.
  • Education: Graduate in any stream
