Drive aggressive outbound sales efforts through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to achieve and exceed monthly targets

Identify, research, and qualify high-potential leads across relevant industries

Engage with key decision-makers, understand business pain points, and position company software solutions effectively

Consistently follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel with urgency and precision

Schedule qualified meetings, demos, and appointments for the closing sales team

Maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline with a clear focus on conversions and revenue impact

Update and manage all lead interactions accurately in the CRM system

Track daily activities, lead status, and performance metrics against set KPIs

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to optimize outreach strategies and lead quality

Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to sharpen sales conversations

Candidate Profile

Proven experience as an SDR / BDR / Tele-sales professional (preferably in software or IT services)

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills

Highly target-driven with the ability to perform under pressure

Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional approach

Self-motivated, disciplined, and focused on results and career growth
