Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social media) to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with sales teams to build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Build relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Work with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and outreach strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Meet/exceed lead generation goals and provide regular activity reports.
• Must have strong cold-calling experience in the international market (US/Canada preferred).
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales / lead generation.
• Ability to set qualified appointments (discovery/demo) with decision-makers.
• Excellent English communication clear, confident, and persuasive.
• Experience using CRM & dialer tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Kixie). • Comfortable with high-volume outreach (80100+ calls per day).
• Skilled in objection handling and keeping conversations value-driven.
• Capable of writing short, professional prospecting emails.
• Exposure to FMCG / Distribution / Food & Beverage verticals is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with US time zones.
