Role & responsibilities Assist CEO/Stakeholder with reservations for restaurants, transportation, events, and other services. Manage and maintain the CEO/Stakeholder calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Accompany the CEO to meetings or events when required, taking notes and ensuring follow-up. Assist with personal tasks and errands, ensuring a balanced schedule. Provide accurate information about services, and facilities. Anticipate CEO/Stakeholder needs and proactively offer assistance or recommendations. Maintain updated knowledge of all property amenities, services, and promotions. Manage and update CEO/Stakeholder profiles and preferences in the property management system Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask. High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation. Proficiency in concierge software or hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
