Role & responsibilities Assist CEO/Stakeholder with reservations for restaurants, transportation, events, and other services. Manage and maintain the CEO/Stakeholder calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Accompany the CEO to meetings or events when required, taking notes and ensuring follow-up. Role & responsibilities • Lead Generation & Qualification: Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social media) to identify and qualify new business opportunities. • Pipeline Development: Collaborate with sales teams to build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads. • Customer Engagement: Build relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team. • Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and outreach strategies. • Performance Tracking: Meet/exceed lead generation goals and provide regular activity reports.
