Job Description

Sales Development Representatives (SDR) JD attached

About the Role: Inside Sales – Individual Contributor role. SDR would be responsible for making cold calls, pitching our product/services and setting up presentations/demos for the BDM team to pick it up further and close. SDR won’t be responsible for closing deals.
Experience: Only Freshers
Desired Profile:

Good Communication Skill
No Regional Accent [Important]
No Speech Defect/Need clear confident voice [Important]

Budget per month (Fixed Salary)

Fixed Salary
: Rs. 10,000 – For 3 Months of Probation. After 3 Months, Fixed Salary will be revised to upto Rs. 25,000 based on the performance during the Probation.
Incentive:
Performance based Incentive would be on top of this basis of the performance and as per the Incentive Plan of the company.
Loyalty Bonus:
Rs. 20,000 after 6 months of continuous work

We need these candidates to join immediately. Preference would be given to people who can join immediately. No notice period would be accepted.
