In this role at 7EDGE, a Digital Product Engineering Company, as a seasoned Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for executing sophisticated account-based sales strategies and mentoring junior team members. You will play a crucial role in the high-performing sales development team by driving strategic account-based prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads, developing innovative prospecting strategies, conducting introduction calls, and pioneering new approaches to account research and engagement. **Responsibilities:** - Design and execute account-based prospecting strategies targeting high-value accounts. - Conduct introduction calls to uncover real business needs, handle objections, and set up meetings with prospects. - Qualify leads effectively using frameworks like MEDDIC to ensure alignment with sales readiness. - Develop personalized outreach campaigns grounded in thorough account research and insights. - Maintain accurate updates in CRM and Sales Engagement platforms. - Mentor and coach junior SDRs on prospecting techniques and objection handling. - Analyze prospecting metrics regularly to optimize outreach strategies. - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders for seamless lead handoff. **Basic Qualifications:** - Graduate degree, preferably in engineering. - 3+ years of successful B2B sales development experience. - Advanced prospecting skills across multiple channels. - Expertise in account-based sales development strategies. - Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles. - Proficiency in sales engagement platforms and CRM systems. - Strong objection handling and qualification skills. - Excellent analytical abilities for territory and account planning. - Advanced understanding of buyer psychology and sales methodology. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with sales intelligence and account research tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Knowledge of custom software development and cloud-native technologies. - Proven track record in technology or IT services sales. - Certifications in sales methodologies. - Strong adaptability and willingness to learn continuously. - Problem-solving and analytical skills. - AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent cloud certification. - Experience mentoring junior sales professionals.
