Job Opening: Sales Development Representative (SDR)


We are looking for passionate and driven Sales Development Representatives to join our client team , a B2B Growth-as-a-Service company helping U.S. clients scale through AI-powered outbound sales.


Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Shift: US Business Hours (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Compensation: Up to ₹8 LPA

Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Junior Level)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting for U.S. clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Use AI-based tools to create personalized outreach campaigns.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos.
  • Maintain CRM data and coordinate with internal sales teams.
  • Participate in strategy sessions to refine messaging and outreach.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 0.6–2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Lead Generation (preferably U.S./U.K. market).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and target-driven.
  • Experience in SaaS or IT services is an added advantage.
