About the job, We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telecalling Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR will focus on outbound telecalling to generate and qualify leads, set appointments, and support the sales team in growing the customer base.

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead lists or databases.

2. Identify and qualify prospects through effective questioning and needs analysis.

3. Generate interest in company products/services and set up meetings or demos for the

sales team.

4. Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and lead status in the CRM system.

5. Follow up with prospects as per the sales process and nurture leads until conversion.

6. Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call, lead generation, and appointment-

setting targets.

7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, messaging, and

targeting strategies.

8. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

9. Handle objections and rejections professionally to maintain a positive company image.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or lead generation (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in [language - Hindi and English].
• Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle rejection.
• Basic computer skills including CRM usage and MS Office.
• Goal-oriented mindset with high motivation to meet targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum: High School Diploma / Bachelors Degree
