Sales Development Representative (SDR)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation:

    Identify and research potential clients through online channels, industry networks, and market insights.
  • Outreach & Engagement:

    Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce EffiHire’s solutions.
  • Pitching & Presentations:

    Deliver compelling presentations and product pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Pipeline Management:

    Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM tools.
  • Feedback Loop:

    Share client insights with internal teams to improve service offerings and sales approach.


Requirements:


  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (internship/entry-level experience acceptable).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal & written).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, or lead generation platforms is a plus.
